Support Target

Once the modification or installation of an air emission facility or prevention facility is completed, a report must be submitted before starting operation.

The initial report (application) or if there is an expansion of more than 20% in the scale of the emission facilities per discharge point that have been previously permitted, it qualifies for a pre-operation report.

Before submitting the pre-operation report, the attachment of measuring devices and appointment of environmental technicians must be completed. Self-measurement should start from the next cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually), based on the operating date of the emission facilities.

In cases where the total or cumulative expansion of the emission facilities is more than 50 percent

For emission facilities that emit specific air pollutants above the standard according to Enforcement Rule 8-2, if the total or cumulative scale is expanded by more than 30 percent

In cases where an additional purpose for the emission facility is added

Subject to Change Notification

In the case of expanding, replacing, or closing emission facilities connected to the same discharge point, a report must be made before the changes

In the case where a new air pollutant is emitted from the emission facility apart from the pollutants permitted, a report must be made within 30 days

In the case of expanding, replacing, or closing prevention facilities, a report must be made prior to the changes

In the case of changing the raw materials or fuel used

In the case of changing the name of the business or its representative, within two months

In the case of leasing emission or prevention facilities, within 30 days

In the case of changing the permitted items and daily operation hours listed on the emission facility installation permit
